Villa Thermae Nancy

A hotel and spa run by the municipality, They care about locals and French speaking patrons. You need to buy a bathing suit from them apparently due to hygiene issues although they don’t seem to care about the hygiene in rooms. Sticky floors in rooms, dog poop in the underground parking pretty disgusting stay. Breakfast that was included about as good as the room

Bel hôtel mais les photos sont trompeuses en effet la piscine est accessible avec des prix assez prohibitifs et ne sont pas inclus dans le les nuits d’hôtels.

J'ai aimé et j'ai passé un bon séjour

I booked this hotel as the final stop of what was an epic trip. We checked in and took the option of a 3 hour spa session approx 27-30euros each . We changed and entered the spa only to be removed for not wearing the correct swimwear. We had shorts that had netting in and are sold in the uk as swimming shorts however not acceptable in villa thermal. This was Not highlighted and my shorts were exactly the same as what the staff were wearing. We where asked to purchase swimwear from their shop at a cost of 59 euros! We declined and got back in the water… at that point we could not believe it when we heard sirens! Yes they called the police! We were removed from the pool without any reasoning . I know the English are not liked but did not expect this. I have beed dealing with the manager Laure paris who started off as helpful in my request for a Refund however she has ignored All request since june… the last email i was asked to give my Iban bank details which i did … all forms of communication have now ceased. I am disgusted how we were treated and i hope any English that want to visit this establishment bring tight fitting euro swimwear as you may get the police called on you!

Room was overall dirty, floor was very dirty even after "Cleaning". Street is very noisy and the room equipment is poor. Not Enough soap and towels and place for other stuff

Was een hele nette hotel met vriendelijke bediening. Parkeergelegenheid geen gebrek ook nog in een parkeergarage, wel uiteraard tegen betaling. Maar je kunt erin of eruit rijden hoevaak je wilt. Wij lieten hem gewoon staan en gingen tegenover het hotel met de bus 11 naar het centrum, kwam ieder kwartier ging heel gemakkelijk. Alles was goed schoon en je kon tegen betaling ook een ontbijtje nuttigen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Chambre /studio à l'atmosphère très froide. Manque de décoration, fauteuils, tableaux. Accueil correct. Le hall d'entrée fait plus penser à une cafétéria qu'à une entrée d'hôtel. Déçus que les entrées à l'espace thermal ne soient pas incluses dans le prix du séjour (15€/pers pour 2 heures). Idem pour le parking sachant que Villa Thermae se trouve en dehors de la ville de Nancy.
