The size of the apartment was great!

It was advertised having a bathtub but there was only a shower.

Host cortese e disponibile, ha risposto subito alle mie richieste di chiarimenti. Casa tutto sommato nuova e spaziosa.

Struttura non proprio pulitissima, specie la cucina.

Location proximity to center of town, and the extra space in comparison to just a regular hotel. Additional sell was the fact that it would have a washer and dryer.

Dryer wasn't working so everything I washed, I had to attempt to hang dry. Hard to do in Reykjavik weather. Laundry room was a bit messy.. And coming from a place that uses a/c normally, it takes getting use to having to open the windows for cooler air to come in. Window to bedroom is literally by people's feet on sidewalk so had to be ingenious to get both ventilation and privacy. Last suggestion: Get safety tape ( black and yellow stripes) and place on staircase edges on the bottom floor. It's a little dim in lighting and could be a fall hazard. Otherwise, the space met all rest of the expectations.
