"Bad in-person service/communication and the A/C was broken in mid August"

The place was spacious and the location was good.

The person who greeted us (a waiter from the restaurant) and showed us the room didn't know anything about the place and didn't give us any information, just asked for the city tax and gave us the key in front of the room. He didn't know the checkout time (told us to check online) and didn't even know about some issues with the air conditioning we were told last minute (2h before our arrival). That's the second complaint, the A/C was apparently broken (in the middle of August), so they put in a tiny fan (in one out of 2 rooms). The other room had no windows. They just told us that with no alternatives or compensation. Bad service, especially for the price.
