In case of violation of this rule or careless use, we will be forced to charge you a cleaning fee of €300 per night, plus compensation for increased material damage. Location was excellent. Close to main attractions, shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing I can think of but just to note that guests intending to park at hotel's basement car park would, before check in, need to park at the level that is not designated for hotel guests and upon checking in, request a QR code to re-enter to park at the designated level for hotel guests

"A great place to stay in the heart of Ljubljana"

The location is great, on the edge of the historic city centre but close to everything; friendly, helpful staff; nice but slightly quirky rooms; nice breakfast buffet

Bit of an odd thing but the showers need attention: it takes ages to get warm water, when it does warm up it’s difficult to control to stop it getting too hot. As for the control that switches between the overhead or the flexible spray - well, you’ll probably get both. In a way it’s quite amusing but it must waste a lot of water…
