Vila Pavlina

De accommodatie is zeer fraai gedecoreerd en ingericht, alles is goed verzorgd, schoon en mooi om te zien. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Ons appartement (4 personen) had 2 badkamers, elk prettig in gericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken was goed uitgerust. De faciliteiten maken het verblijf hier ook erg prettig. Garage onder het pand waar de auto goed beschut staat. Zeer comfortabele en goed verzorgde SPA ruimte met bubbelbad, sauna en stoombad, douche en stortdouche. Het contact, grotendeels over de app, was aangenaam en effectief. De dame die het pand schoonhield en de SPA ruimte verzorgde was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En last but not least, we kwamen hier om een weekje te skiën, en de accommodatie ligt direct aan de piste en naast het Ski centrum waar je de passen kunt kopen. Er is een handige ski-ruimte waar je een skikluis per appartement hebt om je spullen in op te slaan en de volgende dag weer droog tevoorschijn te halen. Deze plaats is echt een aanrader en we hopen er nog eens terug te komen!

Als je een wat grotere auto hebt is de bocht om de parkeergarage uit te komen wat krap. En het volgende heeft eigenlijk niet met de accommodatie te maken, maar wij zijn gewend aan skigebieden in Oostenrijk met vele kilometers piste, dat is in Slovenië en dus ook dit gebied wel wat kleinschaliger, maar het had ook zo zijn charme.

ozka in mehka postelja, ki je seveda stvar okusa, kuhinjska napa ni speljana v dimnik ali zunanji odvod ampak piha v bivalni prostor

Vila Pavlina je izjemna. Od čistoče ,udobja,detajlov,lokacije ,fitnesa do savne. Bili smo že velikokrat v kranjski gori ampak noben apartma ni ni blizu vili Pavlini.

Location is just a few steps away from the ski slopes and the city center, shops and everything you need is nearby. We stayed with the baby in the ground floor apartment and it was super convenient for us to let the baby sleep on the patio in the stroller when we come back from the walk ☺️ We loved the living room sofa, it was so comfy! Furniture in the apartment is of high quality. Also bathroom showers are next level 😁 Spa center is super clean and usually there is no one there, so you use sauna & jacuzzi all by yourself. Everything is new in the apartment and some appliances look like they’ve never been used 😃 Staff was lovely and responsive to our requests which we greatly appreciate.

There was no cleaning during our stay, so we cleaned the floors by ourselves, bed sheets & towels were not changed when they were supposed to. We had to ask for a towels & sheet and we changed it ourselves, which is fine, but given the price & the quality standard, we had higher expectations. There is no microwave in the kitchen, and we missed some baking pans when preparing food, otherwise kitchen is well-equipped. Also it would be nice if we had some outdoor furniture on the patio since there were a couple of sunny days we wanted to spend outside when baby sleeps. We were given the baby bassinet, not cot or crib, and it was too small for our baby. We would appreciate if there was some changing table provided as well, although we understand that is not the common practice.
