The Capital Boutique Hotel

Property was very central to everything. Breakfast was delicious with plenty healthy and fresh choices. All very clean and shower was always powerful and hot. Well appointed and bright, unlike some hotels with mirrors in strange places and no sockets! Friendly and helpful staff, very chatty.

A fabulous boutique hotel right in the centre of Valletta. We loved everything about it, the gorgeous spotless and comfortable large room, the tasty breakfasts and impeccable staff who could not do enough for us. The jewel in the crown was the cute roof top terrace with complimentary wine for residents.

Først og fremmest personalets høje service niveau, meget professionele og hjælpsomme. Dejlig morgenmad. Rent og nydeligt værelse. Bygningen så nyrenoveret ud. Man manglede ikke nogle faciliteter på værelset.

Vinduer vender mod en skakt, det er svært at lufte værelset ud og værelset virker indelukket. Jordslået of muggent lugt i værelset, elevatoren, receptionen og sandsynligvis i hele bygningen. Dette er åbenbart et udbredt problem i Malta på grund af høj luftfugtighed, ældre bygninger, bygget med kalkstenblokke, manglende isolation og ofte tæt bebygget. Lider man af astma eller respiratoriske lidelser, så skal man nøje overveje hvor man booker sit ophold på Malta.

The location was just perfect basically in the centre of Valletta, and it was so peaceful. The staff sent us an email a couple of weeks before there was a construction ongoing on the building next to theirs apologizing in advance, but we didn't hear much noise from there. And the best thing was the amazing staff that treated us so well from the very first moment we stepped in the hotel to the moment we left our luggage before our flight. Small things they've done like, offering you a complimentary drink every now and then and filling up our own water thermo-bottles we used while exploring Malta with water and adding some ice cubes and lemons into it are just these small signs that make your stay a bit more special.

There isn't much I didn't like, but more vegetation on the rooftop would be better just so that heat waves are more bearable around the rooftop pool

Lovely breakfast / all hot options cooked fresh. Amazingly helpful friendly staff and lovely rooftop bar which was buzzy, not busy!
