The new crisp white towels, the pure white bedding, the availability of an iron. The diffuser aroma.

Cockroach, leaking bathroom and stained bath. There was a smell I think it's from the leakage in the bathroom.

I highly recommended this hotel to anyone that want to stay here in Kumasi they are always on point about everything the breakfast was good location was nice there's nothing bad about this hotel I recommend it 100% the staff is wonderful.

More food options would make this place perfect

Very spacious space and friendly staff. Neighborhood was also very decent and quiet.

This is a super spacious place and I can highly recommend if your on Kumasi this is a great place to stay. Staff are very friendly as well, and the place has security 24/7.

My only problem was that the shower did have a couple scratches but apart from that it worked just fine. There are no shops within walking distance but they do provide food throughout the air at your request so all good.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here at the AUD. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and all our concerns were addressed promptly. They treated all our extra guests with respect. We will definitely return.
