Kumasi Luxury Apartments @ The Fairview

We were so impressed by our hostess Rose, who was so caring and helpful together with her very polite staff. The apartment is very well and safe situated and the interior superb with very comfortable beds and furniture. Very close to a splendid restaurant Cass.

Hey guys, Fairview Court is really the best place to be. Definitely the 1st option in Kumasi. I really loved my stay and the Staff is great and very hospitable. The manager “Rose” shows a lot of care for her guests and its really much appreciated. I recommend this place for everyone that travels and wants the best stay in Ghana.

The accommodation was beautiful and situated among four or five other apartments. You find yourself in your own little community. There's a lovely pool and additional space to relax or even entertain. The apartment itself is huge, especially if you're alone. There's lots of space to feel comfortable and make yourself at home. It's beautifully designed I would rate it five stars if it were a hotel. The staff is very much on hand, going above and beyond. Especially Rose, she's a gem and Albert, who is super helpful. When I return to Kumasi, this will be my first choice. I had breakfast with my booking, and Rose would take my order and collect it from their providers, CASA restaurant, each morning. It feels a little inconvenient, expecting someone to do that, but I guess that's the company's arrangement. Overall, I loved "my house" and will miss it dearly!

We all book accommodations for different reasons. Mine, outside of being within my budget, was needing a washing machine. Disappointingly, this large house did not have one, although it was stated in the description. The staff offered to wash my clothes, and I reluctantly let them do it as I am traveling around and needed clean clothes. It did bother me, so I raised the issue. I am hoping they have now updated their description! If you love lights like me, there are plenty to choose from. However, some lamps are just for show and do not have light bulbs! This is a minor issue, and I am sure they will continue to put in the great work to make it even more comfortable for you.
