"High dollar to cedi rate!! Outrageous!"

Location, building and cleanliness

They are working with a high dollar to cedi rate. A rare even higher than that on the black market! This is not fair!

"Improve these issues raised and I can assure you, it is a good facility."

Location is good

1. The washroom in room 309 doesn't drain. You have to stand in the pool of water while bathing 2. There were insects eg. cockroaches and other unknown insects 3. The money charged booking.com is lesser than what is charged at the facility
