Dexxy's Palace Hotel

A bit out of the way, minimal facilities and breakfast minimal.

Location of property is ok without the noise of a typical town centre in this country. Maybe they should review their charging policy. I booked a room with Hot water but was made to pay for a "hot water room". That was a rip-off! But they were not fair in returning the extra day i had booked even though i checked out a day earlier!

The staff were professional and respectful.

I really like how they follow up immediately when you ask for help.

My stay at Dexxy's Palace was fantastic. The staff were very nice and responded quickly to my needs. The hotel was clean, and the environment was so quiet and peaceful.

Air conditioning and cleanliness, ease of check-in

No WiFi at first then very slow speed. Hard to find, could do with a sign at the corner of the drive. Wait for taxi on checkout....over an hour then overcharged because we are non-Ghanain. This doesn't reflect on the owners as they tried their best but it may be worth taking a car or getting them to negotiate a price with the taxi.

Very clean very quiet and very helpful and friendly staff

It was in the countryside- surrounded by nature.
