"Satisfactory hotel"

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and it’s been a good experience. The facilities are decent and the location is perfect for a quick break during a drive. The breakfast and food are also quite satisfactory. The staff has been friendly so far.

This time, a group of women and men knocked on each other’s doors and slammed them, they laughed and spoke very loudly. It was quite disturbing in the same corridor after midnight. I don’t blame the hotel for these completely disrespectful people but I also wrote to the hotel about them and haven’t noticed any action taken.
