Top Location 1 Bedroom with Terrace

Perfect location and lovely appartment

I would have given 10 points for everything but we were kind of unlucky - there was a construction work just in opposite building and they started working at 7am every morning. Also the outside stairs were challenging sometimes because of them.

Loved the little kids bed in the room. Kitchen well equiped.

Bathroom area need some better shelving. Towels were cheap

Keys were in wrong box, had to call the property to solve the problem. Newly renovated appartment, but very dark. That is not "Top location". No bath mat, no shower gel, no kitchen towels.

We were picked up from the airport and driven to the apartment. This made it very easy for us 3 woman in their 60's. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment for collection we were pick up and taken back to the airport at a location we nominated. So helpful.

The property was well located. Inside excellent and everything available. Couldn’t fault the property lovely decor.

The patio area was covered in dust so couldn’t be used. There were cigarettes and rubbish thrown daily from above two apartments. When we reported to the agent how unclean the patio was we were told to use a broom ourselves to clean. I would have expected it to be clean on arrival as it needs a wash down rather than brush. So we could use this at all. We were also woken every day at 6 am due to building works going on - heavy piling, grinding etc, this seems to be really common in Sliema.

The location of the apartment is great. It’s recently renovated and has modern furniture and equiped with everything you need even for a longer stay.The communication with the host was fast and correct. I would choose this apartment again if i visited Malta again.
