"Télen és kora tavasszal az északi fekvés miatt fűtés jó volna. Egybekben barátságos, jól felszerelt."

Tökéletes kilátás a tengerre, jól felszerelt lakás, jó elhelyezkedés, tágas szobák.

Semmilyen fűtés nincs, 17 foknál nem volt melegebb, ami egy kicsit kevés. Egyetlen elektromos fűtőtesttel nem lehet két szobát, és 1 fürdőszobát felfűteni. Az ingatlan környezete, különösen a hátsó ablak erkéllyel elég rendezetlen, lépcsőház koszos, és dohányos szagú, de ez az appartmantban nem érződik.

Genau wie erwartet. Sauber und Grosszügig. Alles in der Fewo hat funktioniert, sogar die meissten deutschen Fernsehsender. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Perfekter Meerblick, Balkon mit Schatten.

Location perfect Instructions and ease of access flawless.

Spoke to owners. lack of lift key made some things a little bit uncomfortable. Other than that minor issue, definitely renting again.. Perfect for my needs which were quietude with my 2 well house trained huskies whilst editing and producing my own music.
