Vaci Loft Suites

Very nice room in an ideal location in Budapest, however the lack of communication from the host made it very difficult to get access, making it like an escape room to enter. Unreachable by phone and missing key information about gaining access to the property. The room itself was nice but there wasn’t much wardrobe space which was quite inconvenient.

Clean and had everything I needed

I was notified that my room was ready at 3pm. I got there at 4.30 and my room had not been prepared. I had to leave my luggage there and go out for 2 hours.

Love the style of room and location but trying to get in and out using multiple codes is ridiculous someone should be on site all day around check in time to help any time we did contact staff it seems rude

Like I said getting access to property need a sign I’ve seen multiple reviews with this problem get a sign near the front door and friendlier staff

Location is very central. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed.

The check in is terribles the instructions are difficult to follow. Code to get in from the street, then run to the stairs otherwise you are stuck, no idea what floor and then try in the dark to find the hidden key box. Once inside then another key box and then you can finally get into the room. No storage in room. We have been here for 4 days and the room has not been cleaned once. There is nobody here to ask for clean towels or linens. For the price we have paid, we expect to have the minimum of cleaning and towels. The rubbish in black bags has been outside for 3 days. Was a lovley little room clean hot shower .location was fab

It was a little complicated to get in with key pads etc but we mamaged it .a lovley man helped us get in forst time think he worked there
