Terrible experience, apart from a good location, let's start by saying that it is a normal old building, without any sign, to enter the room it is a very complicated task, for those who get into trouble with escape rooms, a lot of codes, guesses, and keys inside coded boxes, there is no communication with the owner at all, but with foreign service in India with a guy who speaks incomprehensible English, with a difficult accent, only on the third day did we realize that the room is not cleaned if you don't hang a sign, why wasn't they told in advance? The table is unstable and wobbly, the shower faucet is broken and didn't work well, we wanted to run away right at the beginning but there was no one to talk to, we paid over 700 euros for 5 days when for that price we could get a 4 star hotel with breakfast, reception and normal treatment, not recommended At all!!! I tend to believe that all the positive reviews are "bought" reviews, don't fall into the trap!!!

Appreciate! 🧡 Secondly: - great location, close to the main streets , we did not use transport at all , close to a la Maison (very good place for breakfast, one of my favourites) - spacious room, very clean, iron in the room (thank you, it makes life easier) , good sound isolation. - lovely window sill , huge and convenient to keep shopping bags ;) - many sockets - good working air condition , silent . I was in Budapest more than 20 times and this hotel definitely worth it and is in my list of favourites stay in HU.

Good hotel with contactless check-in (instructions for entry were sent via WhatsApp and were easy to follow). The room is a bit small, but it is in the heart of the main tourist downtown area of Budapest. Easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The old school elevator in the building was very cool. Bed was comfortable and the location was fantastic.

Internet was a bit unreliable, which can make working difficult. However, there are many coffee shops nearby if needed. Often times the internet did work, but sometimes it would go off for a couple of hours.

The location is fairly right in the center you can get so almost anything in just a couple minutes really ideal if you like walking around and exploring!

I didnt have any real problems that bothered me.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the room with balcony we paid for. They say it’s an error from Expedia. Otherwise, the appartment ( it’s not a formal hotel) have a perfect location and is very clean. The instructions for the Check-in given by WhatsApp are very clean.
