Nie można było otworzyć okna, ponieważ okno było skierowane na zamknięty świetlik z toaletami z których wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Mały wybór jedzenia oraz pleśń na pomidorach.

Perfect location – highly recommended! We had an excellent stay at Urban Isle in Malta. The accommodation was outstanding – modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and air-conditioned, which made a huge difference during the warmer days. The location is perfect. Everything was within easy reach – whether we wanted to explore Valletta, enjoy nightlife in Paceville, or head to the port for our boat trip to Comino Island. It made travelling around incredibly convenient, especially for our larger group. What truly made this stay exceptional was the service. Even though I never met the manager in person, her support was absolutely amazing. She responded quickly to every message, was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. A slightly embarrassing but funny moment really proved how great the support was – I managed to forget my charger at the apartment and, to make things worse, I also missed my flight (let’s just say the night before was a bit too fun 😄). Despite that, with the manager’s help and quick communication, I was able to arrange everything, sort out an alternative flight to another country, and even get my charger safely back home. Not exactly a standard situation, but everything worked out perfectly in the end! The staff overall were fantastic – attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude made a big difference, especially since we were a larger group. Overall, everything worked perfectly for us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta.
