The apartment is in a perfect location. It’s 1 block from Tower Road and the Exiles Beach bus stop is with 10-15 feet from the corner. The apartment is on a quiet street. The building is secure as you need a security code to enter. The apartment was clean and everything in good working condition. The sinks and shower all have very good water pressure and hot water was good as well.

The air conditioning unit in the living room worked great. When the temperature reaches the desired setting, it shuts off and then turns on again as needed. The one in the bedroom runs continuously, which, for me was a little annoying. The bed is a little too firm.

We loved that it was central to everything, bus stops, beaches were only a minute walk and convenience store just down the road. Perfect location!

If I had to say anything negative about this property it would be the mattress, maybe consider getting a mattress topper as towards the end it did get a little uncomfortable, but it was fine.

The space of the apartment was excellent and its location was fantastic

There were a couple of minor fixes that need attending to - the table and chairs were lose; kitchen sink tap wasn’t working and the bathroom taps need attention
