Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Nocciolaia. We stayed in the upper unit which was cosy and clean. I loved the decor of the kitchen and toilet especially - so beautifully quaint! The kids are animal-lovers and enjoyed exploring the grounds and interacting with the many animals (dogs, kittens, geese, chickens, etc). When night falls, there are fireflies just at the driveway (seasonal; this was in early June). Absolutely magical. Marcello was super warm and friendly. We would recommend this place!

A truly special place immersed in nature, nestled near hazelnut trees and full of authentic charm. Marcello, the owner, offers warm and attentive hospitality. The perfect spot to unwind and escape the chaos in a refined and serene setting.

The property is in a beautiful location, very green and close to the nature. The rooms and common areas have nice decorations, far enough from other properties that makes it quiet. Hosts welcomed us warmly, gave us amazing hospitality and very good recommendations of restaurants we can have our dinner in a very close distance to the property. Marcello was very kind and helpful what made our stay even nicer. Many thanks and I hope we can come back one day :-)

This place is a real treasure and not to be missed. The owner was warm and welcoming and made our stay truly special. The apartment was decorated well - every room of the apartment furnished in antique Umbrian style. The bathroom was a true spa experience.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Done with so much love...and with italian antique details. Something different that the more classical interior that you see abit everywhere in the area. The host is extremely friendly helpfull....and not unimportant in the zone....speaks fluently english. They go the extra mile for service.... The place had a view which was wonderful!

The bed was a bit more on the hard side but thats personal...some might love it.

Marcello was an excellent host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, fixing a great dinner late in the evening. Our kids loved the apartment and the pool, my eldest son gave the place “20 out of 10” and made me promise that we will return - which we hope to do in the future.
