The room is so dirty we left the room in less than 1 hour forgoing the the Trent we paid

Please unlist this property from Expedia. The rooms very extremely dirty, especially the bathroom. We just could not use it. We decided to stay here just because it was past midnight when we reached; didnt have the energy to go looking around for a different place to stay after a long journey. The only reason we booked this facility was because it was listed on Expedia with a 9.2 rating. Let it not fool the others. The staff was very unprofessional as well
