Struttura nuova, con arredamenti moderni. L’appuntamento ha una grande vetrata con una splendida vista sullo Sky line di Parigi. Ben collegata con diversi bus e piste ciclabili con il centro di Parigi che dista solo 30 min circa. Il quartiere Surenes è molto curato con la presenza di diversi locali e negozi di ogni genere. Personale della reception gentile e collaborativi. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

A Zenao Suresnes é um hotel localizado conjuntamente com uma acomodação para idosos. A entrada do prédio é um pouco complicada, pois a porta fica no térreo e a recepção no 1o andar e você não tem como entrar no prédio sem uma chave. Então é preciso esperar alguém aparecer e abrir a porta para que consiga chegar à recepção. Apesar desse fator inusitado, de ser uma acomodação de idosos, tive uma excelente estadia. Os quartos estão novos, foram reformados, e estão confortáveis. Muito limpos, especialmente tratando-se de Paris. Como melhoria, faltam alguns itens na cozinha, não há detergente, sal, azeite, portanto leve tudo se quiser cozinhar. A região é bem tranquila, com muito comércio por perto, restaurantes, supermercado, transportes públicos. Passei ótimos dias.

Size of the apartment was great. Kitchen was next to useless, no conveniences or services... will not return or recommend.

This hotel sucks. My train to Paris was delayed a few hours and so I missed check in time. I had to find another place to stay as quickly as possible at like 11 pm once I got there. The train being delayed was out of my hands, yet the hotel refused to even consider giving me a refund. Very inconsiderate, 0/10

Property deserving of 6 stars really. Staff was amazing, pleasant, patient, accommodating and kind. Area was peaceful and quiet. Safe environment. Captivating view from the terrace. Easy and quick access via local bus route to Eiffel Tower and surrounding vicinity. Shopping: groceries/food within walking distance. Apartment surpassed all expectations, no regrets! Stayed with my husband and daughter, should have planned a longer stay. Will definitely be back.

My family had a great stay. The apt. comfortably accommodated 3 adults. It was as seen in the pictures and is located in a great place for food and transportation. The area felt safe. The apt./hotel was quiet. It is houses short term/long term and senior residents. The Effiel Tower can be seen from the rooftop. There is no housekeeping services. We got one towel for our 2 week stay and took out your own trash. The staff were nice, spoke some English and were generally helpful. However, they did not fulfill requests for towels or an iron although they said they would. We would stay again.

Very pleased with my stay here. The furniture and rooms are newly renovated/very modern and well kept. I would highly recommend this accommodation to others as it is close to transport and grocery shops/restaurants. Staff were very kind and helpful.
