I really loved my stay aside Netflix not working but the Owner was very responsive. Had a lot of family and friends visiting time to time and they all complimented the place.

Nice bedroom, balcony was nice, nice hotel staff, easy access to the city, hot water, tv, comfort close to the mall and other beautiful places, would definitely come back.

It was extremely comfortable and felt like a home experience that I was looking for.

This company took our money for five two-bedroom apartments. Traveling with kids, we called a week before our arrival to confirm that the rooms were ready. However, upon arrival, they sent a junior employee to inform us that they only had one two-bedroom unit available, leaving us with eight one-bedroom rooms and suites. Despite promises to provide what we paid for the next day, it never happened. These companies are not held accountable by Expedia. Once they have your money, it’s up to Cozy to issue a refund. Be cautious. We also found roaches in two of the rooms, and customer service calls went unanswered.

I don’t suggest this property for anyone especially with Cozy. I experienced one of the poorest customer service in my life. When I got in, microwave wasn’t working and no way to get in touch which the house. The next morning, I got moved to another room and the WiFi was working and the host was aware but still send me in thinking that I wouldn’t discover the issue. If you want to enjoy your stay, I recommend you book with another host other than Cozy.

I was very comfortable- check-in staff was extremely caring and supportive.
