The location and environment

Staff was not prepared to receive me. Took a while for my host to meet me.

The location is very easy to get to from anywhere in the city of Accra. It is also very close to shops, restaurants and the airport. The space suited my family, and we enjoyed our stay. Above all, the staff went above and beyond and attended to our needs, if any. A big thank you to Taylor for ALWAYS greeting us with smiles and making sure we were taken care of. We look forward to staying here on future visits.

Nice location but full of loitering

Staff were unprofessional and intrusive. Why walked me all the way into checking into my room when I’m with a guest? Couldn’t the staff just take my payment at the reception and allow me alone to go? So uncomfortable and unpleasant! Lady was rude and uncouth. Literally threatening me to leave. So dumb and a nightmare of an experience. Not forgetting how an hour of my time was wasted over so called paperworks. I ended up not staying in the end as Staff refused to accept my payment
