"Price and quality do not add up + rude manager! "

2.0

I stayed here before on my own and wanted to do it again with the whole family but this second experience was awful. We paid a lot for a so-called 'luxurious executive suite' that didn't turn out to have any luxury apart from spacious rooms. General cleanliness of rooms and floors was an issue. But it got worse when a manager decided to have an argument with us over an old bed sheet with washable marker stains made by the kids (which got out after we dipped the sheet in plain water!). I have to say that most of the general staff members we encountered were responsive and helpful, however. So I guess it is not entirely bad news but, if you decide to book, just hope you do not encounter that rude manager who feels it is okay to have a loud argument with hotel guests in front of the staff over a single bed sheet that should cost about $10. Most likely I will not stay here again especially when there are so many other options that are minutes apart!
