GBGBGBIt was fairly spacious.
Garden was over grown and unusable. Host kept calling from Nigeria, first because the kitchen smoke detector went off (why this was above the cooker I do not know...) then she called saying its illegal to turn off the smoke detectors? Maybe her Nigerian wifi wasnt very good because we demonstrated by testing them with her on the phone but because she couldn't see it from her phone we HAD to be doing something illegal. Property was dirty and had the last peoples mucky socks on the floor. Then to top it off we got accused of damaging a sofa? How she determined that from Nigeria i will never know... Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend.
GBHosts were very responsive and provided the code early Saturday morning. The house had everything you would need.
Floorboards were very creaky in the upstairs bathroom. It was expensive, as we travelled for the oasis gig however in comparison to other similar properties this weekend it was fairly priced.
Awful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. Every time we sat on the sofa it sounded like it was going to snap in half. Beds very uncomfortable, especially in front bedroom, your bum touches the base of the bed.
GBThe house was clean. Kitchen was well equipped So was the bathroom Bedrooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Nextflix is available for free Free parking and good location.
Toilet seat upstairs needs to fixed. Floorboards upstairs in bath room and corridor need to fixed asap. Very loud. Garden fencing needs to replaced.

Where do i start........the area where the house is situated is rough, like in the middle of a housing association estate, the smell of damp downstairs was pretty awful, toilet upstairs was pretty unusable as the toilet seat nearly fell of everytime it was moved, all of the floorboards upstairs creaked very very loudly with every step, all of the furniture across the house is worn out or repaired badly, back garden fence was in bits, white tape in numerous places on walls and doors covering holes, how anyone can rate this a 9 or 10 (which is why I booked this because of previous reviews), I only give it a 1 and I think I'm being generous. Don't bother booking this, you will be disappointed, if I hadn't got a show booked to see that evening in Manchester I would've shut the door and gone home........£200 for one night......even Dick Turpin had the common decency to wear a mask.......AVOID.
GBLovely house, perfect for us as a family. It was comfortable and clean and in a great location for driving into the centre. We would definitely stay here again.
