Casa Manor Boutique Hotel

I chose the hotel due to it having a private beach, but it was closed when I arrived and wasn’t informed. There wasn’t anything close by and the walk to the port was past building sites.

Amazing location and amazing staff!

It was a quaint boutique stay with rustic interiors,the restaurant was amazing with good interiors, staff and food was amazing.

Reception staff were polite but completely ineffective when a major external event (an EU summit road closure) disrupted guest transport to the airport. We had to take the initiative to solve their own problem by hitching a ride with another guest's independently booked taxi. The staff lacks the resourcefulness, training, or contingency planning required to handle unexpected or high-stakes situations. Physical deterioration of the property was visibly noticeable. Specific mentions include: Broken/damaged walls. Chipped skirting boards.The hotel is only "3 years old" (implying it is relatively new), making the wear and tear premature and unacceptable for its age.

Quiet and comfortable, warm staff.

At least a couple package of instant coffee in the room would be great.

Very nice accommodation, friendly service. 2 min walk to the beach .. We ate at the restaurant and the food excellent, the breakfast was al la carte and one of the best .. Could fault the hotel and super close to the airport if you are looking for a convenient stopover for the airport.

It's a bad idea to combine a restaurant with loud music and a hotel where people usually sleep. I was looking for a good place to relax before a running event in Tivat, but it was impossible because of the loud party downstairs. Even after the music ended at 11, guests were still leaving for two hours, and I had to get up to move the car. it was very noisy
