La ubicación. Estas cerca de la estación de buses para ir al aeropuerto (super cerca) y moverte a distintos puntos de toda la isla. A pocas calles de la calle principal, los bares. Para el lado del mar a pocas calles también tienes el ferry que sale a Sliema ida y vuelta! Es súper limpio.

Hacer más hincapié en un reglamento de convivencia, los horarios de ruido no están claros, un solo baño por piso (2 habitaciones que supongo serán de 4 cada una es poco) Todo tecnológico, te escriben por WhatsApp para ver si estas bien o necesitas algo pero es muy distinto a cuando tenes a alguien en recepción físicamente. Las camas: cuando duermes arriba y la persona de abajo se mueve, se mueve todo, ya que son de caño y no están sujetas o incrustadas en la pared. Las cortinas no llegan hasta el techo por lo que cuando encienden la luz de toda la habitacion te despiertas. Me parece que son aspectos a mejorar, ya que he ido a hostels más económicos y tienen mejores camas, cortinas tipo black out.

Genuinely amazing. The best hostel ever! I was pretty new to hostels (I was backpacking Europe when I stayed here) and this absolutely blew my mind as to the experience you can have there. The host, Norbert, is quite simply a diamond and from the second you are greeted by him you feel valued and at ease. I arrived a little early as my bed was still being prepared and he allowed me to leave my luggage in the luggage room which was very ideal. He took the time to tell me about Valletta - where I might want to visit, transport, where to eat etc. Really attentive and friendly. Upon arrival in my room I was welcomed with a little package on my bed of snacks and a soft drink. Definitely above and beyond what you expect in a hostel. The bed was very clean and comfortable (Three more pillows than I'd ever had in any other hostel!) And the room felt cosy rather than claustrophobic. The hostel encourages you to interact with your room/hostel mates without being overbearing and it led to me meeting somebody I spent quite a bit of time with in Valletta which really enhanced my first couple of days there being a solo traveller. Norbert would regularly ask how we were and even make an espresso on a morning, seeming to take great pride in this. This was in the communal kitchen, which incidentally, is fantastic and very well equipped of you're planning on cooking/preparing food here. The toilets and showers are kept very clean and are numerous enough that you're never waiting for very long, if at all, to use them. I genuinely cannot think of a single negative thing to say about the place, other than I had to leave. I would definitely stay here again and it's definitely opened my eyes to the experience a great hostel can be. Thanks to all the staff and particularly Norbert for a very enjoyable stay.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in - curtains across all sides of the bed, personal lockers and complimentary snacks and drinks when you first arrive. Bathrooms were kept really clean and there was a fan for every bed if you felt it was too hot. Staff were super friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Mandera’s Boutique Suites & Dorms. The place is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a great location that made everything easy and convenient. A special thank you to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay their hospitality truly made a difference and made me feel at home. I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Valletta. I would love to come back again very soon, InchaaAllah. I miss you already Malta 🇲🇹🥹❤️

Good location.

Room Very small especially bathroom. Bin and towels not changed in nine days. Deluxe room it was not. In their defence I didn't realise it was dorm.

All in all it was great. And thanks a lot for the gift with local flavours. The staff was very welcoming. The location also was great, close to everything

There was a bit of a humidity smell. But nothing very bothering.
