Mandera's Boutique Suites & Dorms

It was my first visit to Malta. I had the most amazing stay, I had booked Mandera's due to the location in Valetta and fantastic reviews, as I was visiting as a solo traveller and it didn't disapoint, absolutely perfect location and wonderful place to stay. I had booked a private room, loved my little balcony and the lovely little touches to welcome me. I also met the lovely Norbert on reception who gave me some fantastic recommendations of places to visit. I also loved the WhatsApp communication, I felt very looked after and reassured, it was great that the staff checked in regularly to see if i was ok and needed anything. Could also connect with other travellers which was a great idea. Can't wait to return.

Nothing, just wished I had stayed longer.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable grâce à l’hospitalité de notre hôte Norbert : dès notre arrivée, il s’est montré aux petits soins pour notre confort et nous a donné tout au long de notre séjour, de très bons conseils de visite. Très à l’écoute, ce fut un réel plaisir d’échanger avec Norbert. Les prestations de l’hôtel s’adaptent pour chaque type de voyageurs. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse privative en rooftop avec le jacuzzi : parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche des rues commerçantes, du port, et de la magnifique cathédrale St John. Même en ville, le quartier est très calme le soir.

C’est un détail mais l’escalier pour accéder au dernier étage est un peu étroit. Tout le reste était parfait.

As camas e o chuveiro são confortáveis. Tudo muito prático, limpo e com uma ótima localização. Adorei e me hospedaria de novo.

Excellent central location in Valetta, easy to access at check in and comfortable compact room with air conditioning. Host was really lovely and engaging on arrival.

En-suite was very small but practical nonetheless, a few small stains on bed linens and towels.
