Aurora Igloo South

Absolutnie wszystko ! Było to wspaniałe przeżycie. Gospodarze zadbali o każdy szczegół ( min. zaciemniająca opaska na oczy, stopery, kawa, herbata). Obawialiśmy sie, że zmarzniemy w nocy, ale podgrzewane materace zrobiły grę! Cisza, spokój, w oddali pasące się koniki. Uważam, ze to najlepszy nocleg na Islandi, który warto wprowadzić podczas planowania pobytu . Bravo Aurora Igloo👏👏👏

The igloo was very cool. Very well thought out, nice touches

Staff was not friendly. Man at main “desk” gave us the impression we were bothering him when we needed help with the heat which was off and also the heated mattress. The maintenance woman came over. She was condescending and clearly annoyed to have to show us. She wasn’t there 3 minutes and couldn’t leave fast enough. I said I had 2 questions. My son was in the igloo next door and had a carafe of water and 2 glasses (very nice touch in my opinion) I asked the woman if we could have a carafe of water as well, she told me there was cups there and I could fill them with water from the tap 😳 that really ticked me off! Also there was a cute tea light lamp on the little table with dead batteries. I asked if we could get new ones. Her reply was I’ll see if I can find any! Great concept, warm, cozy. Reception man and maintenance woman need customer service training. Since these igloos are not cheap, I would look at other igloos with better staff next time.

The key is found in an envelope in the service house. It would have been nice to have that in the booking.com email before we got there.

MAGIA! Nocleg w igloo to must have będąc na Islandii. Niesamowity klimat, prywatność i cudowna aura. Igloo czyste, łazienka przestronna, ekspres do kawy na miejscu. Dodatkowo chciałabym podkreślić świetną obsługę - Natalia i Paweł to cudowne i bardzo sympatyczne osoby. Polecam!
