The igloo was really cool. Great experience. Very clean, well thought out, practical, cozy, romantic, safe. Had the attached bathroom. Mini fridge, coffee and tea supplied. Pretty lamps, best part.. the mattress was heated.

Terrible staff. I called with some issues, clearly I was bothering the man. Directions on the initial paperwork were incorrect. Heater wasn’t working, he would send maintenance. Woman arrived shortly after, she very quickly explained how to work the heater. She was very abrupt and couldn’t leave fast enough. My son rented the igloo next to us, on his little table was a carafe of water and 2 glasses. I asked her if we could have one as well and she told my husband and I would could drink the water out of the tap 😳 I asked for new batteries for our ambient candle and she said she’d see if she could find any 😳 The igloo was great so we weren’t going to let the rudeness of the staff ruin our experience. We would probably find another igloo place next time.
