Check in after 21.00 pm occurs at an extra charge of 35 euros. We would like to inform you that there is ongoing maintenance work being carried out in the building. Specifically, we are in the process of repairing the elevator. As a result, some noise and dust may be present during this time. The location was excellent. Appartment was spacious. Huge number of restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Easy walking distance to most attractions and public transport.

Apparently, in Malta, there is no obligation to notify the building next door if you are doing construction works. In this instance this translated to there being no obligation to notify renters (us) that there would be construction works within the apartment/building with which we shared a wall. These works commenced at 0700 and continued till 1430/1500 every day except Sunday. During the final 3 days of our 2 weeks stay the noise did diminish somewhat. Hopefully future guests will not have the level of intrusion that we have experienced during our stay. In relation to comment re. construction works the lift is currently working fine.

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Valletta. Nur an der Hinterlegung des Schlüssels bzw. Kommunikation dazu ist verbesserungswürdig.
