Definitely did not get value for money. Room was not well cleaned, almost no activity at all. Definitely does not deserve a 5 star rating..

Extremely slow service. Had to wait 2hrs for food. On the last day of our stay, we were confined to our rooms because a conference was going on in the reception area which was very inappropriate. Then at checkout, we were ushered outside of the building where we settled our bill and properly checked out. Very unpleasant and unprofessional

NLUSMy experience at Serenity Residences & Spa was nothing short of amazing. The service was utmost superb, especially from Mr. Raymond, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out and made our stay unforgettable. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the easy access to the beach made everything so convenient and relaxing. We also really appreciated the activity recommendations, which were thoughtfully suggested and added so much fun to our stay.

Not enough sun lounges for guests. Breakfast seating was a little small for the number of guests. Wait time for food could be improved. Menu did not cater for vegetarians or vegans. Asked for extra fruits e.g pineapple and was told they were out of stock. This meant I had very little options for breakfast so didn’t bother to get any on the second morning.
