Central Stunning 3-Bed House - Free Parking

The location was so close to the town and very comfortable. The hosts were great at contact and information about our stay. The welcome package was exceptional and we would definitely book again.

We stayed in this house for the first time for our new year holiday 2024/2025. We come to Sunderland regularly - mainly because of soccer, but also because of the area and the people here - and we used to stay in hotels. We love it here in the northeast! This house is beautiful, cozy, very clean, absolutely centrally located for the city and soccer, but still quiet. And it's not far to the beach either. The landlords were super nice, very flexible and always available. And we were even welcomed with a few goodies. Anytime again!!!

Lovely house plenty of room right in the middle of the town. We stayed for 2 nights after a terrible stay in Dornoch Scotland and we’ve had the best time ever in the last two days we went into town, the beach, the arcades and the fair in South Shields and my girls loved every minute. We can’t thank Pamela and John enough for the lovely stay and the little touches we arrived to like milk, bread, butter, ketchup, brown sauce, salt and pepper, oil, tea, coffee and sugar etc. Towels provided also and shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. We would most definitely love to stay again. Thank you Charlene and family xx

Worth to pay 100£+ for 3 bedrooms. Very professional people. Friendly Clean property. Safe as it next of police station. High recommend

House was lovely and clean, had everything we needed as a family of 7, great location close to the metro station, thanks for a great stay.

Good host, but property cannot be said to be “stunning”! It looks better in the pictures.
