So clean had everything needed to be comfortable

Nice and clean property with all the essentials needed for self catering. Lovely outdoor area to sit in on nice days and a conservatory for inclement weather. Parking out back for one car

If you have a large car it can be a tight squeeze round back due to where the neighbours park I was able to reverse the car right up to the garage door however the neighbour would have to do a lot of back and forth to get out.

Good location not too far from the A1. Very clean and comfortable. Dog friendly.

Lovely house, very welcoming. Clean and comfortable with added touches such as tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, and biscuits ready for us and even biscuits for the dogs.

Good location for getting to several areas we wished to visit. For example Southwell Minster, Nottingham Forest Visitors Centre etc.

Parking at back of property was a problem due to large trade van being in the way. We were also disappointed at lack of eating places nearby.

Perfect little place to stay

Fab. This is well worth a stop. High quality home, beautifully prepared and just a great chill out spot in a quiet little village. Conservatory and private garden, a plus and very dog friendly so your furbaby is happy too. Even the car is looked after in a private space round back of house. I'd definitely stop again. Easy to access off A1.Its my second visit in as many weeks. Welcome pack so thoughtful and you can get a cup of tea on arrival.
