the layout was slight unusual, and one of the bedrooms didn't have a near by bathroom
GBThe accommodation was very modern and high spec and high tech, which I personally struggled to work but some of our group could so it was fine.
The house has 3 bathrooms and unfortunately the hot water tank kept running out. We were a group of 6 adults and after 4 showers , the hot water ran out. We did contact the host who sent someone out to resolve the problem. However, the same thing happened the following day so we had to wait an hour for the water to heat up. The other issue we had was that we didn't receive the code and full check in details until the day of arrival. Due to their being 6 of us going a different times and from different areas, it got quite stressful and I had to email through booking.com.
GBThe cinema room at the ground floor. It’s a big room and cosy for a big group of people watching movie together. The host always responds very fast.
The funny smell at the ground floor bathroom and there’s no toilet seat as well. It’s quite inconvenient to the ladies. The first floor heating seems not working. It’s okay for us because we mainly stay at the cinema room.
GBLocation, just out of city centre, , handy for walk, bus and taxi. Clean, airey and modern. Spacious and warm Superb kitchen, dining area and well equipped. Beautifully Christmas decorated, but banister decoration prone to damage with location.
Main problem was 2 bedrooms with en suite but third bedrooms toilet/shower was two flights of stairs away and with being wooden floors/steps was noisy to get to especially during night . Didn't like clear view doors on bedrooms, the main sleeping floor had sensor light on landing but was very sensitive and came on with movement in bedroom awakening occupants in both bedrooms., perhaps curtains behind doors might help. No parking available but was advised on this so we're prepared.. A few light bulbs were out and a toilet seat was missing (May have been design?) Because of number of floors/stairs not very friendly if struggle with mobility issues.
GBEverything, beautiful house and interior is amazing, really good location with a short walk been able to get in the town center, already booked to come again next year

GBThe house is excellent and has a real wow factor. Taxi into town only cost £6. I would stay there again.
There is no parking at the property. You have to park up the street if you can find a space. However, I wouldn't let this put you off.
GBLovely accommodation with some nice features. Beds comfortable and cinema room great.
There was a lack of good lighting in areas of the house. We were all OK but stairs would be difficult for some.
