Lovely 2 Bed House Apartment in Boston TownCentre

Cozy and very quiet house, close to supermarket and pubs. Easy access

Not a lot to be honest the property is not sufficiently provided for the maintenance is basic

The property was advertised as having a bath. We could not run a bath. It was hooked up to a shower as the photos show which was the most disappointing aspect although the overall cleanliness was basic the inside of the cooker door was disgusting with age old previous uses obviously not very good the garden was over grown the curtains did not contain very the window in the living room …. Simply put it was not worth the money

Cheap but needs a makeover, shower was mouldy and at the bottom of the bath panel was a rusty screw sticking out. Toilet seat needs replacing has some horrible stains on it.

It was warm

Bathroom is tired and there was no plug for the kitchen sink so a bowl would of been good for washing dishes. The cutlery was shoved in a old jar not a cutlery tray. No tea towel was provided we were not told the bathroom was downstairs with a very creeky staircase .

Very comfy and homely. Everything you need on a break.

Nothing really.

Made myself at home location perfect for work or heading out for food

The rd outside but got used to after a few nights

Located within 5 mins of town pub close by and lovely Italian too.

A very large seagull keeps banging on the flat roof

10 minute walk to town. Very convenient and easy to find.

Parking not as advertised as on site but parking available on road 100m away. Could have provided basic coffee and tea, and UHT cartons for morning cuppa.
