Well equipped kitchen, outdoor space, easy access to property

The automatic air fresheners not only smell Very strong they are noisy in the evenings! Not great if you suffer from allergies! One in the bathroom and kitchen maybe but not on every room! Nauseating !

Plenty of beds, nice touch with the coffee and crisps (although out of date). The fans were amazing and cooled the rooms down after a very warm day. The kitchen was very spacious and the house overall was very clean

The blinds in the bottom floor bedroom weren't blackout so my daughter struggled to get to sleep and was woken early by the light. Not enough seating at the dining table so we had to eat off our knees.

I liked the location

The sofas were not comfortable

Location to conner shop's and train station was local.

Only had 1 bathroom

Very clean and great location for Chelmsford.

Property was easy to access both by car and public transport.

The property was advertised for 8 people but it was not provisioned for 8 people both in terms of physical space and facilities. For example only 2 teaspoons provided and the sofas in the pictures were no longer in the property. The "soft" seats provided only sat 4 people as did the dining table. There was only 1 bathrook as well. Many of the kitchen items were dirty and the property was generally in disrepair (lots of peeling paintwork, some of the rooms smelled of damp). The front and back gardens had rubbish in them and the back garden looked like it had been fly tipped. The listing said it had free parking but in reality this was one free permit for 1 car only which was unrealistic for an 8 person property. The permit was for a residential street were a space was not guaranteed. The property was very poor value for money.

Good size bedrooms. Comfortable beds.

Lots of space, and good beds! Great location for wedding nearby.

Small facilities and only one bathroom that was small/had damaged!
