Petra Bermudez Hotel

Super clean modern brand new hotel that has all the amenities you would need and more. Very friendly staff. Has a rooftop restaurant and café with great views over the valley. Great value for the money. Definitely recommend if you’re in town for Petra

Everything was pretty much perfect, one thing to keep in mind though is if you are thinking to walk to Petra entrance from there it is a very long and steep incline Hill hike to the hotel

Exceptional hospitality and a truly memorable stay! We were the only guests at the hotel during our visit, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They prepared delicious lunches and dinners just for us, and even made a breakfast box so we could take it with us on our early trip to Petra. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. They also gave us very useful tips about visiting Petra and the local area, which helped us plan our day perfectly. The hotel was completely new, clean, comfortable, and peaceful — we felt completely taken care of the whole time. A special thanks to Aseel, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was such a warm and personal experience, and we can’t recommend this place enough!

Hotel Bermudez in Petra is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in ,in terms of cleanliness and hospitality It is a new hotel located 6 min by car from petra Very clean ,modern rooms and lovely staff Mainly Mister Mahmoud and Mr layth (hope i am not misspelling) Mister mahmoud helped us book also a bedouin night dinner that was also nice They were welcoming and helpful If we go back to Petra will definetly book it again

The hotel was located overlooking Petra The views from the rooftop was amazing. The chef named said went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We were served a delicious breakfast on the roof top. We had an evening meal which was more like a banquet. First class . Cannot wait to come back .

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is modern, clean, and perfectly located near the main attractions. The staff was always kind and helpful. A special thanks to Chef Zaid, who introduced us to Jordanian cuisine with delicious and carefully prepared dishes. Every meal was a unique experience!

The only downside was that we were charged for breakfast, even though it was listed as included in the price on Booking.

I've stayed in countless hotels, but none have captured my heart quite like Bermudez. Nestled amidst the breathtaking location, this oasis is more than just a place to sleep; it's a destination in itself. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was greeted by a symphony of luxury and comfort. The lobby, adorned with exudes an air of elegance. The staff, without exception, were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was a sanctuary of tranquility. were the perfect finishing touches to a truly relaxing space. The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, offering a panoramic vista of petra mountains. I spent countless hours sipping coffe and watching the world go by. But what truly sets apart is its attention to detail. Every aspect of my stay was meticulously planned, ensuring that I felt truly pampered and cared for. It's the little things, like the fresh flowers on my bed or the personalized recommendations from the concierge, that make a stay truly unforgettable. If you're seeking a truly exceptional hotel experience, I cannot recommend it enough. It's a place where dreams become reality and memories are made to last a lifetime.

Very convenient location, less than 10 minutes drive from the Petra visitors centre. Rooms were decorated very well and were relatively spacious. Good cleanliness. Great view from the roof.

Very peculiar smell through the whole property, like very sweet rotten fruit. It was so strong that we struggled to sleep. We were offered a 'traditional arabic breakfast' to takeaway in the morning which we were told was going to have a falafel sandwich, fruit and yoghurt within but it ended up being three different types of baked good (hotdog, pizza, and a cupcake) and it was 7JOD each so we felt disappointed about this.
