В целом номер чистый, отличное местоположение, в самом центре, удобно добираться до любой достопримечательности.

К сожалению, мебель и сантехника в очень плачевном состоянии. Кондиционер не работает. В первый день получили сильный порез о стекло прикроватного столика, острые края, попросили убрать. На следующий день рухнула дверь в душевой кабине, когда жена была в душе. Неприятный инцидент. Хорошо, что без сильных травм. Пытались найти персонал, но в 7 утра никого не было. И звонили в дверь, и по телефону, только минут через 20 появилась менеджер в столовой. Будьте внимательны к своим гостям!

The location is perfect, its in the heart of the old city. Surounded by many shops, restaurants and atractions. Staff is always nice, and room is clean.

Its almost my 8th time in the hotel. I always go back to it, but the last 2 times there was a problem with the WI-FI being down - which is stressful - especially if you need to work remotely.

Otel genel olarak temiz, merkezi konumda ve ulaşımı kolay. Mutfak mevcut buzdolabı mevcut.

Banyoda terlik yok, resepsiyondaki görevliyi bulmanız imkansız, kahvaltı dahil fakat bir beklentiniz olmasın kahvaltı kötü banyoda saç kurutma makinesi yok.

Raňajky boli chutné, lokalita veľmi dobrá k centru obchodnej ulice, no treba počítať s hlučnosťou aj večer.

Večer bolo hlucno z hlavnej cesty. Nedali sa nam zamknut dvere, bol pokazený zámok na dverách. Dvere do 1. toalety boli zolemene. Po príchode bol problem sa dostať dnu do ubytovania, na zvonček nereagovali asi až po 10 minútach zvonenia. Po príchode sme aj zistili ze nam nefunguje wifi, ktorú ale po 2 hodinách opravili.
