The front desk young man is polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is very basic. Hot water shower doesn't work well, lukewarm at most for one person then totally cold. No bath towel, two smaller towels. It has a small kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, but we had a room with a few cups, no bowl, and the other room with one cup one bowl (not sure there were cooling pans or not as we didn't pay attention), kinda defeats the purpose of a kitchen I feel. No restaurants in walking distance open at the moment, though Google showed a few. A mini market and coffee place in the same building. Internet is very unstable, but it might be related with the recent war in neighboring countries. Comparing to some other places we stayed in Jordan, I feel it actually is kinda expensive for what it offers.

The staff was very helpful but it is far from any place and downtown Amman

Sparse conditions. The halls echoed when talking and could be heard very well in the rooms. The room was ok, had a king-size bed but no top sheet and had a nylon material bed spread that we used as the to sheet. The bathroom was very small and when showering water had no place to go but all over everything since there was no shower curtain - there would not have been room for it anyway. The fridge for the room didn’t work. The surrounding area was ok with coffee shops and a small mini-mart but no restaurant within walking distance. The staff helped us to our room and was very friendly. About 7KM from the airport. For a place to get sleep before getting on a plane it was adequate.

It's very nice hotel, quiet in the worker. It's so sweet Wonderful
