The staff were very friendly. I lost my charger and they went out of their way to let me borrow one for the night. Special mention to Rami, I believe it was his name. Super friendly and helpful!

"Lovely hotel located close to Downtown Amman "

Lovely new hotel located very close to the citadel and downtown Amman. Our room was a suite and had a huge bedroom and a lounge area to, great space and size. The service was amazing from the team too, Rami (working by reception), was a great help, he helped us from day one of our 4 night stay and constantly smiling and assisting where he can. We had a last minute issue with our day trip to Jerash and he kindly stepped in and organised for a hotel car and driver to step in and go ahead with our plans to tour Jerash and Ajlud castle. Great to have someone go above and beyond to help out, thanks again Rami.

"Helpful staff and comfortable hotel "

This place was great - I stayed here before and after a trip to Petra and the staff kindly kept my luggage safe in between. Location is close to the bus station and abut 40 mins easy walk to the Citadel. Breakfast was varied and dinner was also good. The spa downstairs is a nice touch

Our room had no slippers and Iron. It was noisy every night due to an ongoing washing machine or generator. We had difficulty sleeping as the walls were very thin and you can hear noises from next room and talking. The TV didn't work properly. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days and bins were not taken out. Heating took a long time to heat the room. Received phone calls from reception everyday which was annoying as we just needed to rest. No gluten free bread provided during breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive. Beds were very comfortable. Warm breakfast was nice. Would have been better if they offered yogurt or fruits during breakfast for Coeliacs. Lots of pastries but nothing for Gluten free. Spa downstairs was very nice. I had access to a Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Womens only! My back massage was fantastic. Sabreen was a great maseuse.

Exceptional hotel with staff that goes above and beyond to really make your stay comfortable. Honestly one of the best hotels in Amman. Really clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay
