Inviting 3 -bed House in Birmingham

We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean. The dining table the top rocked up and down independently from the legs, both sofa's have multiple broken springs and rips making them unusable, the threshold between the living room and kitchen is taped down but a member of our party still tripped over it, our dogs quickly found chicken bones and a filthy sock under a sofa, the bathroom is downstairs and stunk of urine, the garden was very unkempt and dark, the fridge had rotting food, hallway had wires hanging loose and needed repair, the carpet on the stairs was loose and came completely away when the stairs were walked up, a double electric socket was hanging off the wall. We left the property because of the safety issues but couldn't get in contact with the property manager because of the time so then contacted Hotels.com. The computer system was down and we were told that there was nothing they could do so as far as they were concerned we should stand outside in the cold and dark for 3 hrs then try and ring them again. Our party was four disabled adults, 2 of them over 70yrs old as well as 2 dogs.

Bathroom had an awful smell of wee that spread into the kitchn, couldn't even take a bath. Couches deformed, dining table not stable..Not worthy the money.
