Carpet in living room really dirty & broken toilet seat

The front door had dents in it, the shower had white gunk in it, there were screws sticking out told the host couldn’t believe it, had to do book another hotel last minute and all the food we bought before hand went to waste.

The location for what we needed was brilliant the house itself was really good was big enough for all of us had almost everything we needed and was very clean also

The only thing that I can say is there was 8 of us but there isn't enough cups in the house was only 4 so we all couldn't drink together but that is the only negative I can think of

The pictures in the property was abit scary

Property is in a nice quiet residential area, nicely decorated, has a very homely feel to it. Had everything you could ask for. Daughter forgot her hairdryer but we found one that she was able to use. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes etc. Cannot fault this property at all.

Only issues I can state were low water pressure in shower and there is a slight gap under the shower screen so water can get under it and to the bathroom floor so had a towel down for that. Aside from that, no complaints.

Lovely decor, nice and comfortable beds. The sofa was amazing to chill and watch Netflix.

The hosts were very accommodating. The house is Morden and uniquely designed. Welcome hamper and folder with all the information we needed, was extremely helpful
