Hotel exceptional, tip butique, amplasat intr-o zonă foarte bună. Curățenie impecabilă, SPA de Nota 10 cu felicitări.Mancarea de la Asrar Cafe a fost extraordinară iar servirea ireproșabilă. În.plus preturile sunt foarte bune. Staff-ul hotelului + Asrar Cafe este de departe cel.mai amabil,binevoitor și profesionist întâlnit vreodată. Iar Mohannad Aboura,soferul și ghidul nostru cu care am străbătut toată țara a fost exceptional. Amabil, atent, profesionist.

Totul a fost exceptional!

Sinceramente no he podido tener un trato mejor de absolutamente todo el personal que trabaja en este hotel. Lo recomiendo a cualquier persona que quiera pasar unas vacaciones en Ammán en este hotel. En un futuro seguramente repita porque ha sido una experiencia fabulosa🫶

Welcoming and considerate staff especially Laith and Emad who made efforts to help us un taking care of personal issues

Breakfast buffet is rich and diverse however Too many personnel gathering And chatting loudly Would be nice for staff to have one uniform for identification
