Mirage Camp wadi rum

We booked a Bubble Tent… We did not get communication from this Mirage camp at all and had to track them down and had to have an Arabic speaker try to find this Mirage camp because the phone number on hotels.com/expedia was wrong. When we were finally given a pin drop to know where to go through WhatsApp of how to find the camp we were sent to a different camp called Hasan Zawaideh. So just book your Wadi Rum directly with Hasan Zawaideh Camp because they own several. Camps with several types of accommodation. Their camp was very clean and comfortable. I got the Bubble tent in the front row but still could not see all the stars with no moon because the camp pathway lights are too bright. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful and drinks are available included all day near the main dining area. The do pull the dinner from the grill under ground which was fun to watch. I really enjoyed the camp and the bubble tent very much. I had no idea the shower would have such good water pressure in the desert. Very beautiful camp at Hasan Zawaideh Camp. Easy to park my rental car at their camp and very easy to find. They said the reason I did not stay at Mirage camp was because nobody else booked that camp so nobody was there.

I'm not sure Miracle Camp exists. I used Google Maps for navigation and was directed off the highway onto a desert path at a sign that said Base Came 11 KM. The path deteriorated and came to a large 20 foot high sand dune across the road which was impassable in a car. I then went to the Park headquarters and asked several rangers and no one had heard of Mirage Camp. I tried to call several times and the phone number on my reservation had a recording that said it was disconnected. I called Hotels.com and the rep tried to call and got the same recording. She then tried another number that I didn't have and after 70 minutes on the phone, told me she was unable to contact the camp. We had to leave the Park and find a hotel elsewhere. I requested a refund, but it has not been issued yet. There was no mention in the booking that a 4x4 was required to get to the camp.
