GBReally lovely property. Clean, well presented. Kitchen well equipped and a lovely touch that tea, coffee etc was provided. Good WiFi. Lovely host, lots of local info given. On street parking but a pass is provided.
Only disadvantage is the downstairs bathroom.

There was an issue with the drainage system, the bath, toilet and sink got blocked and when they eventually went down there was sewage coming up into the bath, I messaged the owner and the letting agents to no reply
