A bit hectic and noisy at times. Some brought a dog who barked all the time. Often it ran away and they had to chase it all over while screaming its name. Some brought a speaker to the pool and played music while we were trying to eat in front of our apartment at night. I guess I would have expected the place to be a bit more quiet. At least between 23-08 or something, but it's clear there were many different kinds of groups with different agendas. Some looking for peace and quiet and some looking for more of a Waterpark. It's a lovely place though, and we had some great days. Extra beds were really bad. Even small kids complained about the hardness and the sounds the springs made when they turned over in bed.
PLGreat place for a relaxing holiday! Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and spacious, fully equipped apartments. The large pool with a comfortable lounge area was a big highlight – we especially appreciated that sunbeds and umbrellas were numbered and assigned to each apartment. A lovely touch: the staff had left cold water in the fridge, which was perfect after a hot journey.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning – although there were two fans in the apartment, it was still quite hot when temperatures exceeded 30°C. Unfortunately, not all guests respected the quiet hours, and the staff didn’t seem to intervene when that happened.
ATIt’s so nicely decorated, clean and just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Tuscany! We loved the outdoor grill and pool!

The road to reach the property is a bit unusual. But nothing dramatic.
La struttura si presenta come un alloggio nel verde, quindi molto piacevole, ma devo rimarcare l' atteggiamento sbagliato dela direzione, che non si è mai palesata personalmente, ma ha eccepito che avessimo un cane, quando la stessa struttura si pubblicizzava come pet- friendly, motivo per cui avevamo scelto tra tante, tale struttura.inoltre la direzione ha avuto un comportamento offensivo nei nostri riguardi dichiarando il falso e cioè che avevamo un cane pericoloso ed aggressivo, quando invece trattasi di meticcia dolcissima, come riscontrato dalla loro dipendente presente sul luogo.valutero con calma se segnalare la struttura

There is a lot of trees blocking the stunning view.
EEThe villa was very nice. Everything you needed was there. The pool was also very nice. The villa is located among the forests and the drive there is very interesting. On the way we met various animals: goats, wild boars, pheasants, rabbits.
The rooms were a bit cold, but that was probably due to the cool outside temperature.
