I liked the bathroom had a big shower! And the A/C unit kicked pretty good.

Vince was very helpful and accommodating. He helped make my first trip to Seattle very stress-free with his communication and great premises.

If you have heavy luggage and have to carry them all to the fourth floor without any notification beforehand, it's not good at all! Hiding the foors information is shrewd: no elevator and nothing in the first floor. Room #5 locates in the 4th floor! Terrible experience for my back！

Exactly what I needed for a few days in Seattle. Communication with property was very easy. Digital welcome guide was very helpful. Place is convenient and near different bus stops. AC was a little loud but nothing too crazy. One night had some guests be very loud around 1-2am. Otherwise very pleasant!

Place very nice, room is clean and bed comfortable. However we didn’t see the housekeeper for the whole stay. Common area started be nasty (lots of garbage piling up and kitchen sink full of food & dirty items) I had to put glasses in the dish-washer.

The remote hotel staff I spoke with had terrible communication skills. No on site parking. Up 3 flights of stairs without an elevator. Had to park 2 blocks away and carry all the luggage with no cart to carry it. Google maps had the wrong location and it was like pulling teeth to get hep finding the property

It was quiet, quaint and perfect access to the city. Vince the host was very attentive and I would stay again.

It is extremely well taken care of, the owners are very nice and helpful, and it’s a nice get away. The kitchen is shared which we didn’t utilize. Will be coming back!
