Very few staff members are fluent in English.

Very comfortable bed, thick carpets, all good quality. Lovely view from the 8th floor pool. Would be great if breakfast could start a little earlier than 6.30am but otherwise perfect.

Place is in pretty good condition and seems to be fairly recently renovated, but the staff is HORRIBLE across the board. From check-in, restaurant staff, bartenders, etc. everyone was rude and did not want to help you. I waited about 2 minutes on the phone from the room to call the front desk until the phone automatically hung up with a message that no one is available to take my. All. I should have known not to stay here when it was difficult even trying to book a room directly with the hotel before I gave up and used Expedia. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I like the hotel, clean room, a lot of restaurants around it

No coffee in the room. They ran out of keys so we only got one room key. The barroom handle fell off and needs to be tightened
