Waymore Hotel Spa & Casino

Hotel was decent with s Casino and good restaurant food.

At first glance the room is nice but there was only warm water. There was some kind of noise inside the room and there was noise coming from outside the room. The view was not very good. Room service was late in the afternoon not very convenient. There was a lot of light inside room at night and from outside coming into the roo through the curtains . The food is to die for really the food is really bad just fat and dried out it will rob a year from your life each day you eat that breakfast. The concierge did not tell us where the pool was nor the pool table. It was kind of fast food mentality. The guests next door to us were really loud throughout the night. Thebpool had a bad view and the way they have shot the pictures hides this view It would have been good if the concierge had told us about what was around in the neighborhood. It seemed like just another day on the job

Walls were SUPER thin . I could hear the next door cell phone alarm. There was a fire alarm that went off at 3am in the morning. The fridge doesn’t cool. Stayed on the floor that wasn’t renovated like the others so the room I stayed in was not like I envisioned. Floors 13 and under looked and smell better. Won’t recommend staying there, it was mediocre being rated as a 4 star.

Pool area was Amazing! The male bartender by the gym was OUTSTANDING!!

The food options for breakfast was terrible, and limited.

All the employees seemed to take excellent service very seriously, front desk, housekeeping, hospitality, etc.

Okay budget hotel. Too many things not working or broken. Had some very good employees. The neighborhood is aweful.

The property was in a central area it was close to stores in walking distance and alot of eatery's

Great hotel close to everything. Awesome breakfast and nice big rooms.
