BEACH PALACE HOTEL

So on arrival we were forced to stay next door to this hotel as its owned by the same owner. On approach to the room: - pile of hair with a cotton bud in it The room HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED: - Human hair all over floor - dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help) - stains all over sheets & pillows. (Apparently its how they dry them on rusty apparatus) - human hair on sheets - bathroom was dirty - soap dispenser empty - shower gel dispenser empty - black rust came out of both dispensers when pressed - asked for clean ben linen - has to wait for a manager to approve - told didnt need it - manager approved it That was room 1 The door to the toilet locked so we had to change rooms Room 2 Human hair all over floor - dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help) - stains all over sheets & pillows. And a deep clean throughout AC worked at least
